INGREDIENTS
FOR THE LOAF:
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest (or zest from 1 large lemon)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

FOR THE GLAZE:
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoon lemon juice


INSTRUCTIONS
LOAF:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a loaf pan and set aside.

Lack of Commitment: Starting a business requires someone who is committed in ensuring that it succeeds. Neglecting the business will cause the business to fail.
